Datapaq Oven Temperature Measurement Method
(Old) Pay-off Method:
The pay-off method typically requires purchasing very long temperature measuring wires and manually pulling them slowly.
The wire pulling process can also cause the wire to become detached or become caught on objects inside the oven, damaging the oven and the measuring wire.
This in turn leads to repair and replacement costs, increasing production costs.
(New) DATAPAQ Oven Temperature Measurement Technology
The DATAPAQ system can enter the oven along with the workpiece being baked, measuring the workpiece surface temperature and oven temperature uniformity.
After exiting the oven, the data can be quickly retrieved and downloaded to the host computer. Operation is fast and simple, significantly reducing costs and lead time compared to the pay-off method.
