VA500 Insertion flow sesnor
Germany- CS instruments
Description:
The VA500 Thermal Mass Flow Meter from CS Instruments Germany is designed for measuring the flow of compressed air and various gases. The flow meter features a hot-swappable installation design, allowing the sensor to be inserted or removed at any time without system shutdown, while still providing accurate measurement of all types of dry gases.
The VA500 Thermal Mass Flow Meter operates based on the principle that a flowing gas or liquid carries away heat. As the fluid passes over a heated sensor element, it removes heat, causing a temperature change. By measuring this temperature change, or by determining the amount of energy required to maintain a constant temperature of the heating element, the flow rate of the fluid can be precisely calculated.
