Description:
The VD500 Differential Pressure Gas Flow Meter from CS Instruments calculates the volume flow of compressed air or gases based on the Pitot tube measurement principle, and is classified as a differential pressure flow meter.
The VD500 is equipped with built-in pressure and temperature sensors for compensation, allowing it to accurately calculate the true instantaneous volume flow.
Designed by CS Instruments Germany, the flow meter features a hot-swappable installation, enabling it to be inserted or removed at any time without system shutdown, while still providing precise measurement of all types of dry gases.
Typical applications include air compressor outlet flow (FAD), exhaust gas monitoring, and more.
