VA525 Compact inline flow sensor
Germany- CS instruments
Description:
As the fluid passes over a heated sensor element, it removes heat and causes a temperature change. By measuring this temperature change, or determining the energy required to maintain a constant temperature of the heating element, the flow rate of the fluid can be accurately calculated.
The VA525 is a small thermal mass flow meter, ideal for monitoring gas consumption of individual machines. Its compact size allows it to be installed directly within machines, and it can transmit signals to a central control system via Modbus or 4–20 mA.
The VA525 Compact Thermal Mass Flow Meter can also be installed at distribution stations, various departments, or individual laboratory buildings to accurately measure gas usage for each user, facilitating usage calculation and cost allocation. Additionally, it can be used to monitor gas consumption per machine, helping to analyze machine efficiency, gas usage, and pipeline leakage.
