Description：
As the fluid passes over a heated sensor element, it removes heat and causes a temperature change. By measuring this temperature change, or determining the energy required to maintain a constant temperature of the heating element, the flow rate of the fluid can be accurately calculated.
The VA570 is an industrial-grade, fixed-type thermal mass flow meter, certified with ATEX II 2D Ex tb IIIC T90°C Db explosion-proof protection, and is designed to be waterproof and UV-resistant.
Installation of the VA570 requires pipeline shutdown, and it can be mounted using either threaded or flange connections.
The VA570 Thermal Mass Flow Meter can be installed at distribution stations, various departments, or individual laboratory buildings to accurately measure gas consumption for each user, facilitating usage calculation and cost allocation. It can also be used to monitor gas consumption for individual machines, helping to analyze equipment efficiency, gas usage, and pipeline leakage.
