- Optimize process parameters to enhance technical capabilities—increasing throughput and profitability by maximizing yield and product quality.
- Maintain full visibility with comprehensive monitoring of the entire temperature profile and precise thermal measurements.
Datapaq Temperature Profiling Methodology
(Old) Trailing Cable Method
The Process: Traditionally, this method requires purchasing exceptionally long thermocouple wires that must be manually pulled and managed through the oven.
The Risks: During the process, wires are prone to falling off or becoming entangled with internal oven components or workpieces. This can cause significant damage to both the oven structure and the measurement wires.
The Cost: Such incidents lead to expensive repairs and the recurring cost of replacing damaged wires, ultimately driving up overall production overhead.
(New) DATAPAQ In-Process Technology
The Process: The DATAPAQ system travels directly through the oven alongside the workpieces. it provides accurate, real-time measurements of both product surface temperatures and oven temperature uniformity.
The Efficiency: Once the system exits the oven, the data logger is retrieved, and data is downloaded instantly. The entire operation is fast, intuitive, and streamlined.
The Value: Compared to the trailing cable method, Datapaq significantly reduces operational costs and setup lead time, offering a much higher return on investment (ROI).
